A well-known Sydney sports and entertainment precinct is expected to fall into the hands of prominent businessmen John Singleton, Mark Carnegie and Gerry Harvey, according to The Australian.
The trio is tipped to pay about $75 million for the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park, with Mr Singleton leading the syndicate.
A deal is not certain, however, with The Australian reporting strong interest from an unknown bidder for the shopping outlet and movie theatres at the precinct.
