Goodman Group expects operating earnings for the 2014 financial year to rise by 7 per cent to $600 million or 34.7 cents per security, and says it will update analysts tomorrow on the improved operating environment.
The property group said its medium and long-term growth target remains at 6 per cent and operating earnings guidance for 2015 will be provided with the release of annual results in August.
“The robust property fundamentals, growing contribution from Goodman’s development and management activities, and the strength and diversity of our global operating platform are key drivers of the group’s earnings,” CEO Greg Goodman said.
