Fairfax Media's Domain Group will pay $50 million for online property website All Homes as it ramps up its pursuit of market leader RealEstate.com.au.
Canberra-based All Homes serves more than 180 real estate agencies in the ACT and surrounding areas, and will be key to Domain solidifying its presence in the ACT's online property market.
Fairfax managing director Greg Hywood said the acquisition demostrates Fairfax's commitment to growing Domain's profile nationwide.
"Canberra is a strategically important market for Fairfax and Allhomes reinforces our digital position in the ACT," Mr Hywood said.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
